Template for your Individualized Development Plan.

The first version of your IDP must be submitted no later than October 13, 2025, to team@cbitn.ca

You can revise your IDP at any time with your mentors. Submit your updated IDP anytime to team@ibtnetwork.org.

Formal document to be signed by mentees and both their mentors.

Must be submitted no later than October 13, 2025, to team@cbitn.ca.

Mentees are asked to track all meetings with their mentors using the Meeting Log template.

These should be saved and submitted at the end of the funding year.

CBITN asks that its funded mentees acknowledge CIHR and the CBITN platform in all relevant publications, presentations, and products resulting from any research associated with their CBITN funding.
